Facebook phone screen, do you turn on your webcam?

Scheduled my phone screen interview with Facebook for SWE position in the next few weeks.

Got the email with bluejeans and coderpad links. The recruiter said turning on video for phone screen is optional.

Do you all turn on your video when doing the phone screen at Facebook? What does the interviewer usually prefer?
