After reading through hundreds of engineering compensation details I want to get a thread going for other recruiter to post their compensation so here it goes: TC $276 --> 160k base, 15% bonus (turned into 51k for GE both halfs) + 65k rsu per year. going to easily clear 300k after my performance review in a couple of months Level: Recruiter 5 Any other recruiters from FAANG or startup (Head of Talent, Recruiting Manager, ect) want to chime in and share data?

I’ve got 10 YOE and a graduate degree in CS and someone making phone calls and reading resumes is making the same as me. Not sure whether I should laugh or cry
You’re heavily discounting the value recruiters bring to an org. Also you might be confusing the role of recruiters with sourcers
"recruiter screening" has been the biggest waste of time in doing a bunch of interviews in the last few months!

No mba - I think Facebook pays really well when you factor in bonus/rsu. If you do really well you get incentivized
