I wanted to know how hard is it at FB to get a review of meeting expectations or higher? Do most people get at least that much? If you get meeting expectations, what percentage of your salary do you typically get as a raise and as an RSU refresh? Is it skimpy or very solid?

Is Unlimited PTO a scam or a blessing?
Meets All typically gives a 3-5% raise, which is higher than an average company. Yearly RSU refresher is 40K/70K/120K/200K/400K for E3-E7. It is multiplied by your rating multipler: 0-3x. How hard to get Meets All? The expectation is higher than an average tech company for sure.
what are the rating levels and their multipliers?
Meets Some: 0x Meets Most: 0.85x Meets All: 1x Exceed: 1.25x Greatly Exceed: 2x Redefine: 3x You got two ratings per year. The average is multiplied to your refresher base. Cash perf bonuses are awared twice per year. Same multipler. Targets are from 10%, 15%, 20% for E3-4, E5 and E6. There is also company multipler. It used to be 0.9-1.1x. It's not the end. There is an additional equity... It's rarely given. So don't expect you would get it.
