How can I find success dating in NYC
Got two offers from Amazon Vancouver(SDE2)and FB London (E4) and plan to transfer to US after 1 year by using L1 visa due to some family reasons. Amazon's international transfer process is quite easy and clear , just find a team in Seattle and schedule a EASY Interview (1 design +1 LP). How about FB London? I heard that you need to stay in London for more than 3 years the you can start transfer process. Is it true? In general, I prefer FB for more perks and refresher compare with Amazon. But what I concerned is the international internal transfer process in FB which is not clear and with less information.#leetcode #facebook #amazon TC: 150k Yoe:3
why not ask recruiter?
I need some real data point
Sde2 is higher level than E4. Go for Amazon.
It’s the same
It's the same actually
What is the pay and offer details for SDE2 in Vancouver?
150k
Including stock or 150k base
Where are you located currently ?
Can you share the offer details for L5 Amazon and E4 London?
Same for Facebook. Spend a year at London and get transferred to the US if there’s a headcount open in the same team, or interview for a different team. Straightforward, but more pay than Amazon.
Thanks dude. Is the Interview as hard as external hiring?I mean 2 coding 1 bq 1 design? Do I need to inform my manager when I start to Interview another team?
I have the Same question here, how is the interview level at FB?
If moving to US is your priority, go for Amazon
Thanks for your advice
True. For L1 transfers Amazon is better than F/G.
