Facebook vs. Uber

hello - would really appreciate any inputs here. I am in Finance and have 2 offers to evaluate. FB data scientist L5 M0 base 195k RSUs 320k YoE 10+ location LA Uber ( not yet negotiated) sr. manager likey L6 base 204k bonus 48k Rsus 555k location SFO i am currently in LA. i feel like FB is step back for me. would appreciate any inputs thanks

Joining FB as M0 is not common nor recommend

I was really inclining towards Facebook - very recently they shared with me that my manager is not going to be the Director but rather some random recent graduate with few years of experience. So in short, I move from managing few reports to none and report to some random manager. Do reporting really matter at FB?
