TC or GTFO
depends on your situation. your PIP will probably be impossible so it’s much more reasonable to just leave and move on. however if it seems reasonable it may make sense to complete it. depends on how the whole process went. if it has been unfair so far it’s not going to become fair all of a sudden. but sometimes you get to work with a good manager (not the one that smiles in your face and digs you a grave, but the one that stands by his words) then you may rely on the plan to beat it. just don’t get confused by any sweet wording, pay attention to their actions.
How does it feel to be on a PIP. Do co-workers think less of you or are you ashamed/embarassed? I know most people wouldn't care, I wouldnt, but some just dont understand. I sometimes worry so much about my performance even though it's usually not an issue. Anyways, you're good enough to get into Amazon, you're good enough to get into another good company. Good luck.
