Apply to jobs and go to the interviews 🤷♂️
Network with people in the field you want to work in. Understand what they do, express some of your interest. Chances are they know who you should speak to/they can submit your resume for you, assuming you know what you’re talking about.
IB would be the toughest with your background unless you went to top 10 schools for bs or ms. quant research comes down to the interview more than school prestige but you’ll need to be very good at math. Research analyst is easy
Start reaching out to folks in the industry/firms you’re interested in and ask for a referral

Network and study up
I would reach out to people in the group that you’re interested and find more about the possible routes to jump to the position.
Why would you want that when big tech pays more?
