How do one provide feedback to a manager who is extremely biased to a certain direct..She overlooks bad behavior as if it’s no big deal about this employee.. on a contrary makes a haystack of a needle with others.. It is frustrating to watch her constantly showing affection, constantly praising this employee over simple tasks.. please refrain from judging my viewpoint as jealousy, because it is not.. I’m concerned that this so prevalent in Microsoft and don’t want to waste my time reporting to a manager who is so unconsciously biased..
