^ Also, UK engineers are cheap and just as good as their US equivalents
Eng comp has had to go up recently as it’s getting more competitive, but bar is high and poor performers are dropper quickly
Don’t doubt that one bit 😊- I know a few very strong engineers at the London office on Tottenham Court Road! If you’re looking for RPMs, give me a ring haha 😉
A bunch of different levels. Also, we've been consistently hiring people with less than 5 years of experience in the last year.
I was rejected before recruiter call with strong referral and 2 solid companies (I’m about L4 level). Don’t think they are hiring L4s, and have heard they have no headcount for junior people (this was ~3 months ago)
Referral process is a mess. Strong referrals get immediately rejected for no apparent reason.
This is very transparent. They need local experts to bypass GDPR and other regulations so they can harvest all the EU data.
so they are mostly non swe jobs?
