Got a swe offer. Don't have the numbers yet. The recruiter asked me to think about whether I would like to directly join a team right now with 100% remote and then later on once covid is gone do bootcamp in an office or do virtual bootcamp. What do you guys think?

I'd recommend doing it now, virtually.
It's not worth waiting six, twelve, eighteen months before doing the boot camp, assuming that Facebook's boot camp is generic onboarding, learning about processes and tools, etc.
