How to get to multiple offers

I’m not there yet I don’t think but I often see several posts on here asking others to vote between their multiple FAANG offers, which blows my mind because I’d love to be in position to get interviewed and offered by just one lol

It seems like a lot of leetcode and stress to go through multiple rounds with multiple companies at the same time but it seems like it’s worth it most of the time based on the TC.

My question is how do I get there and at what level/YOE is this realistic to aspire for?

YOE: < 1 (10mos)
TC: 55k 😩

  • Yoe is irrelevant. They hire kids fresh out of college, as well as people with decades of experience.

    Advice is hard to give you because other than you having 10 months of experience, we no nothing about you. We don’t know if you have a CS degree, or if you’re from a coding boot camp. In general FAANG is simple….

    Leetcode and pray that you get a little luck on your side the day of the interview.

      Fair point. No CS degree (b.s. in finance). Completed a 12 week boot camp that focused on C#/.Net. Currently using C#/.Net and React in my current position with a startup. I’ve been practicing leetcode and studying algorithms in my free time.

      What’s the best method to get my foot in the door? I’ve been looking up and reaching out to FAANG recruiters on LinkedIn and messaging them but no response (surely because hundreds of others are doing the same lol). Am I better off trying to get a referral off of here?

    Unfortunately, it's somewhat difficult to get interview calls with less experience, especially from companies in the growth stage. More interviews = more offers, I've realized it's a numbers game.
