I have cleared the telephonic interview with Asana and yet to appear for in person interview. Before investing my and interviewers time want to get feedback about few things -
1. Do they allow work from home once a day in a week ?
2. If there's anyone commuting from san jose, how are you managing the almost 4 hr of commute.
3. How is the work life balance?

  It means “phone screen”. Not sure why “phone screen” makes more sense than “telephonic interview” though. Both are grammatically correct.

I don't see Asana having a decent exit anytime soon, or at all. If you already make 250k, joining Asana may mean taking a pay cut since I'd value their options at $0.
