Amazon L5 Offer, Seattle BIE role Base: 130K Sign On: 30K over two years RSU: 25 units over 4 years ~ 50K right now Current TC: 90K YOE: 2.5 years as Data Analyst, bachelors degree only Originally, sign on was 20K. Went up to 30K. Can this be boosted? Which components? How to leverage competing offers?
I’m going to be honest. I live in the Midwest, with ~ 3-1/2 years DA, SDE, BIE, DBA experience at a small <100 employees. That amount you throw out I would be ecstatic. Could never image such numbers. Mine was ~70k
70k in Seattle = living on the street and 70k in the Midwest is living large. don’t compare apples to oranges.
