Feeling Overwhelmed, How to do everything?

New grad SDE at Amazon. Feeling overwhelmed. How do people do it all?
1. Job performance
2. Physical Exercise
3. Interview Prep
4. Side Hustle development work
5. General reading / Knowledge Acquisition.
I feel pretty tired after a day of work at the job and I don't know how people balance doing more than one of the above. It feels like you can only pick 2 or 3 from the above to do.
Now lets say it isn't possible to do everything, how do you prioritize what to do?

If self improvement is so important to you, then consider outsourcing unimportant work to others.
It can be easy to get too focused at work but remember that there are other long term things in life that require time as well.
One suggestion would be to actively work on 1 & 2 for a year since you’re a new grad while passively working on 5.
You wouldn’t need to work actively on 2 after a year or rather, it gets much easier. So you can shift to 4 and have 2 as passive.
You get the idea. Hope it helps.
Take two, work on them enough so you can swap one for another for a period of time.
Don't rotate out physical or mental health, though.
