I think they went pretty well, i emailed the recruiter last week and they told me to stay tuned. What does that mean? Did i pass their virtual onsite? An update: i joined T-Mobile.
It means there are multiple candidates at the same stage of interviews. You did well, but there’s probably one headcount so they have to finish all before making a decision to pick 1. Now you pray for others to fail. Yeah, I know... it’s kind of evil
Idk i feel like this is not the right way, you either wants to hire a candidate or not. You cant just keep them waiting for few weeks.
Aids, do u mind if i dm you?
You’re their backup.
I interviewed at TMobile like 5 years ago to sell phones at a retail store. I didn't get the job 😕
T-Mobile doesn’t take much time to let you know if it is through. Sometimes positions will go on hold due to internal structure / alignment changes.
So what do you suggest i should do?
Have you tried to contact recruiter via email?
Most probably they have more candidates in pipeline and will interview them before they let you know. If you want to move fast, tell them you have another offer and need a decision on TMO interview ASAP.
Which org?
Should i gave up on hearing back from them?
Did you hear back from them? How much time did it take?
OP: can you please guide with your interview experience at #tmobile please?

Crossed a line with my boss
you can just wait. it means. decision not done yet
But wouldnt it be better to say that i passed instead of keeping me waiting?
Would you rather wait and hear definitive news or get told you 'passed' but then they ended up going with a different candidate anyways?
