Have you worked in a company where Customer is lied to?

In my current company, customers are promised and sold. Then we put together a feature and ship. Customer is not happy about low quality and we keep delivering bug fixes and declare a victory even though customer is angry about it.

I am unable to face customers on day to day basis here. What is your experience? Is it normal?#startup #ethic #harness

    As toxic as people might say Amazon is, I haven’t seen customers being knowingly compromised in my 12 years at Amazon.

    A couple of years ago I was in exactly the same situation. Not sure where your company is located but apparently in Silicon Valley that is a normal way of doing business.
    In fact the companies that lied the most were the most successful ones at the end.
