  Congrats on the offer. Company has around 500 mil in revenue and was profitable last year before they went acquisition crazy. Their 409a is 2.5bi I think. Since they are only starting to give everyone equity now, dilution is still an unknown, and buyback policy is also unknown, also next few years will be high uncertainty.
  
  With all of that on mind I can tell what I did: Valued them at zero until proven otherwise.
