I have 3.5+ years of FP&A experience. Overall 6+ corporate finance experience. My current title is Specialist of FP&A, I manage an entire P&L and I’m target a new role at the Manager level. I constantly keep getting bites, interviews. I have made it to final round over 5 times now and seem to get rejected at the last stage.
Any advice?
And target comp I should set for FP&A Manager in NYC with my background?

(Note: this jargon makes no sense to me so I took my best stab at it).
"I am applying for new roles as someone with 6+ years of corporate finance experience, 3.5 of which include FP&A experience. Currently, I am a Specialist of FP&A and I manage the entire P&L of an organization generating $XXb/yr. I am trying to target a new role that would move me into a leadership position. I have interviewed at YY companies, and have made it to the On-Site stage 5 times. For a reason I do not understand, I keep getting rejected at this final stage. Fellow Blinders - do you have any advice that I might follow to be successful?"

If you don't know what OneStream is, you're 5 years behind.
I did consulting in this space prior to settling in FP&A
