Hi I have been working with a vendor A for a project and switched to another vendor B. I was supposed to get my final salary from A by 15th Feb but haven't received it yet. I see pay processed on ADP but this time it is showing as 'check' instead of direct deposit to my account. Tried contacting numerous times to HR they said they have processed. Very frustrated because of this. Can someone give advice on this. TC. 90k
Maybe they are required by law or some other regulation to send your last paycheck as a physical paper check, not a direct deposit? Check with them
That's what it is like at my work. Contact HR and make sure they have the correct address on file.
yeah confirmed with them they said as they've removed my record from ADP they send final check not direct deposit. My question is that is it normal to face such delays in receiving final paycheck.
Tell them you got approval from Blind 🙄
Are u in Cali ? Cali has some strict rules with heavy penalties if they don’t pay your last paycheck within 2 days
yes. I am aware about it. They have to pay within 72 hours.
Actually this is incorrect. If a 72hr notice was given to the employer or they involuntarily termed you then the last check needs to be on the same day in CA.
