Currently interviewing for a Finance Manager and i would like to get an idea what’s the Total Compensation will look like? Base+RSU+Annual bonus+401k etc... also is there a signing bonus? thanks in advance #401k #rsu #stock #tc

Yes you can negotiate both equity and signing bonus.

What were the terms of the offer if you don’t mind sharing?
Do you know what level it is? Manager in non tech is usually 5. No signing bonus for non tech. 401k is company wide policy, not role specific. Your comp will likely be around 200-240. Largely base and bonus heavy (15% target). FB doesn’t give that much equity to non tech
