Pay will range from $150k-300k+ depending on how well you do. Chances are if you’re on the lower end of that though you’ll be under a lot of pressure from your branch manager to produce more. Culture can be pretty dog-eat-dog, but is really going to depend on the branch you’re in and the manager’s style. In general though, it’s a better culture than most other firms would have for similar roles. You’ll get a good amount of support, training and resources.
