Finishing MBA

I’m a mid level manager working for a great organization. I’m finishing my MBA in this spring semester. Any recommendations or best practices on approaching my employer for increased compensation after I graduate would be greatly appreciated. I’ve started using a lot of the knowledge I’ve gained in the program at work already. I would describe my current compensation as very fair.

I’ve been in your spot and In most organizations they will not give you a comp adjustment just because you completed your degree. However when you go and find a new job they will obviously put that into consideration.

I have been there. I didn’t get shit for my MBA. I had to quit to get a 40% increase from my new employer.
