Hi Everyone, I will be graduating from a Masters program in May 2020. I need guidance from all the Fintech experts on Blind. Currently, I'm interning with a seed stage start-up which finds itself in Small Business Lending Business. Prior to that I worked in Series A stage invoice discounting startup again for small business. You see, I love working in SME industry. But, my experience until now has been very mixed. The startup I'm working for right now is struggling to grow and I'm finding myself in a position where I feel I'm not learning enough. I'm not even paid sometimes. I'm quite sure I want to work in fintech but sometimes I feel I a need a stable environment and more importantly where I can learn. I even feel like applying to conventional companies but I never had a chance to work for such companies so I don't know. What do you guys think? Should I be open about where should I work and just go with the flow or stick to the Fintech where I have a tiny bit of experience? I'm looking for a full time position after May 2020. Can anyone refer me for a job in their company for which you think I will be appropriate? Even recommendations will do. Thanks for helping me guys! ๐
