Im assuming it's sde 1, because I have 1YOE what kind of questions can I expect I know the leadership principles are stressed so I'll be studying those but should I expect leetcode medium or hards? Are there any types of algo questions amazon likes? Like Google has a n affinity for binary search, but what about amazon? Should I expect OOP questions? I plan on doing my interview in Go or python so.
I got 2sum with minor variations. You might be asked at least one leadership principals question
I got asked LC hard
Must be an a** interviewer. Or may be the position is for L5 or above....
Nope I'm only 1 yoe
Reorder Log Files <- do this now. They have been asking this a lot
I got that one in the OA before too, didn’t know it was a LC problem
Yup. I got this recently as an OA as well.
Amazonians don’t know Go. I tried it during my onsite. No offer. Stick with Python and don’t worry too much about the leadership questions. I overdid it on studying them and not enough on LC.
What was your technical phone question like? Should I go over graphs and trees? Backtracking or DP? I plan on doing the Amazon practice on leetcode interviews
I didn’t have a technical phone interview. They just had me do an online LC of their own (2 questions, 1.5 hours). After that they flew me up. But it was standard LC. Nothing really niche.
Easy to medium. They aren't gonna ask any hard question....
