Ok, current valuation is 4.5b, tc ~400k/year, not great. Anyone can enlighten me?

  Is 4.5b their current official valuation or you are basing it off secondary?
  
  Flexport is a very promising company. But I don’t think 100b is reasonable valuation out here.
  
  I think you should ask the recruiter:
  1. about their 409A valuation
  2. Calculation by which they arrive at 100b.
  3. Where do they think valuation / goals will be at end of 2021 and 2022.
  
  And this is something where I hope fellow ‘Blind’-users can also pitch in and help.

  They are correct. $10 is based on their 2.5B valuation which was in 2019 when they got the SoftBank round. Worth more now so that 10 is a discount really. Next 2 years they’ll IPO if they stay on current track.

In secondary, they trade at $12. I thought at $12 their valuation is 6b.
This is 10% off from 4.5b at $10.
Not sure which one is correct.
