Florida is grossly underreporting COVID-19 deaths and cases

Florida only reports deaths where there is a confirmed positive test, but it doesn't test everyone who is sick and dies even when doctors suspect they died of COVID-19. The positive test rate is also now 20% which implies only a small fraction of the people getting sick are getting tested.

There is a limit to test capacity, simple as that.
The underreporting has been happening everywhere (even outside the US) since the beginning of the pandemics.
However for Florida you can check the igg test positive rate, which is ~5% (much lower than what found in NYC where it was something like 20%)
The firing of the developer was fairly legit, you can look at her Twitter profile and her own dashboard if you want; she comes across as attention seeker and it has yet to provide any actual evidence that there was an actual data tampering
Is that the model you want Florida to follow?
They had to fire a developer for their website as well as she did not want to fudge the data to suit their narrative. This was like 4-6 weeks ago.
