New role - Senior consultant professional services Base - $160K Bonus - 12% 401k match - 4% (no vesting period) EQuity - not sure but they are saying will start in June. pros - product based company exposure. cons - no RSU, Bonus or equity. Wait for a better offer or bring it to CVS to match. Not worth switching for such little increase.
Dont think cvs will match. I just joined them 5 months back. $15k bump can be great if I get it in CVS
Percentage wise it’s too small of an increase for the hassle of a jump given lower bonus and having to burn bridges after 5 months. I would only consider it if you think the team and work will be a ton better making you want to stay a while.
Go with the money.
