Does anyone know what to expect? Is Intuit a good company to work for?

The interview process has been revamped. Generally you’ll do some sort of coding challenge where you’ll be given a set of requirements, which are pretty generic, and expected to build a working demo within your phone interview time. Best to ask clarifying questions (assumptions about data set, testing requirements, etc) since you won’t get much detail from the prompt. You’ll be able to work in a language that you’re comfortable in and in a compilable browser IDE.

No tricks or gimmicks. Primarily focused on your engineering skills, communication and ability to take suggestions or advice from the interviewer.

I’ve been at Intuit almost 6 years and have seen a big transformation, especially within the small business organization. New PD leader is sharp. We have great career development and internal mobility. Work-life balance is unlike any other place in the valley. Would recommend.

Just joined as a designer. Definitely agree. Interview process and company culture are tops.

I've interviewed with them - very easy, generic questions. I lost interest - not an exciting company (or at least the team I talked to)

Definitely past their prime. Avoid if you are gainfully employed, and look for a better opportunity.
