    Can’t keep up with new technologies. There are so many talented engineers than me.

  • Ever changing technologies is an issue, but it's also gratifying to deliver thru others.

    It's a whole new skillset to lead a team, eliminate roadblocks for them, help engineers with career progression, and deliver results. Just as I used to learn new technologies, now I learn new skills to motivate, increase productivity, and improve engineers satisfaction. It can be a fun role and experience.

    Lol. This is the only reason I became a manager. I’d like to hire smarter people than me to do the job than compete with them as an IC
