For a job seeker, is LinkedIn Premium useful?

What have you been able to do with it?

I was able to waste a lot of money. It’s useless.

Not worth it...you are able to send dm’s to people outside of your network, but you can already do that by adding a note when attempting to connect with someone

No. It didn't do anything for me.

No need of premium recruiters would reach out to you if they like your profile

My response rate using the tool was lower than 5%. I recruited more people here in a week than in LinkedIn Premium in a month.

I found it pretty useful. Tells you additional info like pay anges for position you're applying for, tells you how many people have applied for a given job, tells you how good of a fit you are for the given position based on your LinkedIn profile, let's you message anyone, even if they are not a contact, which is prolly the most useful benefit. Do the one month free trial after you have searched without it for a bit. If it seems to make a difference, pay monthly until you're employed.

agreed. super useful for me. lots more data/info. plus, got me noticed by lots of recruiters.... 100% of them have turned into interview invites. plus! dont overlook all the training programs/videos/telecons. i'm a big fan. once i land a new job, however, i plan to cancel it and go back to the basic version.
