Assuming that “buy” means financing or paying cash and not leasing - 10% under MSRP. I put a bid against multiple dealers and they all came to the same bottom line price
Why Subaru? Just curious why do you you want this model? I drove it few times and it’s really shitty car. I would go with Toyota RAV4 or Honda CRV which are in the same price range

Not true for safety - https://www.kbb.com/best-safety-rated-cars/suv/2018/. They all AWD. Just do test drive for RAV4 and CRV and you will feel the difference
