Hi, does anyone know how much (Base, Bonus) to expect from Ford AV for the following profile?

Role - Software for AV
YOE - 4 and Masters
Current TC - 93k
Location - Ann Arbor

    No idea. #Ford is getting chewed out for underpaying SWE on blind. Not sure if Ford leaders care tho ha. I’ve seen another person on blind that got ford to pay them $140k with a masters degree and 10 YoE. That’s definitely the highest I’ve ever heard.

    If I were to get a degree like that as an internal employee with an undergrad in data science they’d probably bump me up from $75k to $80k lol. Currently at 2 YoE.
