If you’re interviewing for Electriphi then there’s a phone screen with an EM and then a system design round with another EM. Nothing crazy

It really varies by the HM. Some ask for LC low or mid, some didn't even ask technical questions and it was just purely behavioral, etc.

Not my team, or my whole org(500ish people). I heard some other organizations do that, but my org is pretty old school.

I think only Ford Mobility and Ford labs are doing paired programming. I never heard anyone in PD doing that.
