Does cummins offer sign on bonus?
You’ll get a good amount for relocation though, based on where you’re relocating from.
Can you help me understand how you reached $123K? $92K + 8% target bonus is ~100K. The offer letter usually includes random stuff like insurance and 401k match, iirc. Most companies don't include that as part of their stated TC.
