Currently at Twitter but thinking of departing in a couple months, need to bang out some LC again and possibly sys design. Already have recruiter ins with Google (no WFH available), Uber, Indeed, Amazon (won't do it). Anyone out there able to refer for a role similar to my current setup - remote/WFH, good WLB, no on-call, similar TC? Would be relocating to LCOL.

Lots of random company days off in addition to all national holidays and unlimited PTO. We had April fools day off just for fun. Teams will often also have team days off.
But of course there are people who work a lot harder than some, presumably by choice (eg wanting promotions quickly). They still take vacation as often as anyone since managers get flagged if you don’t take enough vacation.
