Free swag - why they run out of sizes

You would think they would order more medium t-shirts and hoodies for the most common sizes. Instead I look like thug in oversized extra large swag 😆 Why do you think companies don’t order more common sizes?

Lose or gain weight? 😁😁

......... what the hell...

Medium is not overweight

Microsoft nutter Nov 13, 2018

equality probably, based on other company initiatives as think they implement everything like this

Salesforce PakedhHSNF Nov 13, 2018

Maybe nobody has easy access data for size distribution. If you had to run a booth at a conference next week how many mediums would you order?

IBM allthewayu Nov 13, 2018

40% M, 25% S, 25% L, 10% XL. Source: my ass

Salesforce PakedhHSNF Nov 13, 2018

Tell me the distribution difference if your swag was for google Sunnyvale vs google Madison, WI

Google AudiBoi OP Nov 13, 2018

Every conference I’ve ever been ends up with a surplus of large/xl. It’s a pattern, would have thought that they would be on to this by now. Swag companies have not much incentive to sell larger sizes usually they charge the same regardless of size

Put some pounds on and this won’t be a problem

Amazon JĐ”ff BezĐŸs Nov 13, 2018

At Amazon we run out of L first.

I just take the extra large one and use it as a lounge dress 🙂

Wash it several times so it shrinks!

Vertivco FastPapuan Nov 13, 2018

That shit is already pre-shrunk. What you will get when doing that is a faded outfit.

Facebook bootz Nov 13, 2018

Facebook does this. You end up with piles of 1-3XL and all the smaller sizes are gone straight away.

Every fricking company that I worked in does this. I use almost all of them as sleeping clothes
