Couple from amazon in seattle
A group of asian dudes from netflix
They all got caught insider trading with options. SEC nailed them. As i remember all of them got 2+ jail time and lost more than they made.
SEC has your employer info and trades, catching insider trading is easier than u think. Couple of sql queries, youll be a sitting duck. They also check relatives. Also if they suspect you and your partner in crime will get investigated. When u go into that investigation room itll be a coin flip on who will crack first.
Insider trading as Nancy Pelosi, SEC: “it’s a free market”.
