Square vs Amazon A9 offer comparison

I currently have 2 offers in hand from Square and Amazon A9.

Amazon A9
TC: 270k ( as per the recruiter)
Base: 182k
1st year : 80k
2nd year: 62k
Stocks: 107 (number of RSUs)
Level : SDE 2
Location: Palo Alto

I haven't negotiated with Amazon and the numbers from Square are final. How do the offers compare? Considering that there would be no refreshers from Amazon is it possible for me to negotiate the TC close to 300k?

I also have interviews with Google, Facebook and Uber next week . Should I be holding off the negotiation with Amazon until I'm done with these interviews?
