I have offers from multiple companies and I am trying to gather opinions from folks here to select one. I have 3 years of experience and currently pursuing Masters. Assuming similar compensation from all companies, which company will be a good bet? I really liked the work in all 4 companies, and hence a bit more difficult for me to chose one. Nvidia and Apple are in kernel domain, Niantic is in Systems/AR, and Uber is in data infrastructure and pipelining. Some of the factors I am considering:
1. Startup verses Big brand
2. Future aspects of the company and technology involved
3. Career growth
4. Peers
5. IPO
Please feel free to give your perspective apart from what I have mentioned here. It might help me to decide.
PS: I don’t mind work life balance for initial few years if I am enjoying my work and learning new things.

Anticipating a guess that I failed an interview, I never even replied to Uber and Amazon HRs. Have friends in both companies and visited their offices a few times. Great engineers, but shitty employers. My condolences.
I would have agreed with you for before then.
