Any insight into they pay band ranges at Boeing? Is there a band level equivalent to a "Principle" level job title? If so, what is the pay range?

There is an internal site with the bands, I can look up for you if you know the title/job code. Levels go up to 4, 5, or 6 in some cases. There is a tech fellow program but those rates are not published. If there is a job posting you are looking at, you can usually determine the level by the number of years experience they are looking for at the bottom of the posting.

I can't pull up that job number, maybe it closed to new applicants. If you already applied, can you go in and find the "job code" or title would also work.

14yrs is going to be a level 5, which could be the top level in many cases.

Hmm, I went back into the application and didnโ€™t see a number other than the one above. Title is Principle Strategist.

If L5, do you know $range?

      Thanks!

The pay is so big that sometime I have to hire a Boeing business jet to carry cash. Itโ€™s hot and hard unless you are a CEO. You will live paycheck to paycheck and will develop hemerhoids by eating Karne Asada fries from Boeing cafeteria and will start limping backwards and will wear sleeve less tees and shorts ๐Ÿฉณ for a long period of time with the armpit full of stench soaked from Boeingโ€™s toilets.

I donโ€™t suppose this is for an automated flight systems position? Did Boeing fire the last guy who f**ked up?
