If you want to stay at the place you’re at then get into an under developed territory that’s in the SMB segment and slave to get into every account. If you’re okay with jumping then get someone to refer you at AWS. L4 AE starts around $140k. Jump from there to the next place

YOE is bs. If you have at least 1 year in a closing role and have someone to refer you then you should be able to get an AE role. If you’re new to sales then look for open Demand Generation (DG) positions.
In the meantime for AWS start learning the LP’s and take your AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner. You can learn the material on A Cloud Guru or Udemy
