I think I might’ve screwed myself. I’ve recently been interviewing and received my first offer. When speaking to the hiring manager, she asked what I would like to be compensated. I told her 90-93k. She ended up offering 95k. Does this mean I screwed myself or they’re just being “generous”?

If she is offering you 95K, it may be .90 comp ratio in her company at your level. That’s what most companies aim to get new employees at. So you may have been able to negotiate a higher number but if you earn 95K, you won’t have gone too far. Maybe 100K+
