base : 45L fixed
perf bonus: 0-30%
RSU: 80k usd over 4 years
joining bonus : 4L
i feel the numbers are low. Tried negotiating with the HR but she seems to be adamant. please suggest what arguments can i put to increase the stocks part atleast.
