Instructors are the same from the Sacred Seven book, which I thought was largely a waste of money.

Reading the course, it seems like it’s largely philosophical than execution PM. I’ve not taken Product Alliance, so maybe the material is great. I’m dubious of anything the authors above are affiliated with, it seems like they’re practicing their PM skills where there’s a market to sell “something” to aspiring PMs as opposed to providing a real mentoring service. I could be wrong.

Based on the free sample videos on the site, the content isn't philosophical or opinion based. Feels more like business school frameworks and case studies. Content seems good but price is definitely high unless your employer will let you expense it.

I took the course and thought it was very useful. I was able to get it reimbursed through work though. The content is very strong but I'm not sure I'd pay $1700 of my own money for this or Reforge or any PM course really.

I recently completed the course. Something worth mentioning is I have an MBA from a top 3 school so a good chunk of this frameworks and case studies were things I already learned in b-school. However, the technical strategy pieces were net new learnings for me. I'd recommend the course to most people. The only exception is if you have a undergraduate CS degree AND an MBA already. Then, there's a chance you will know a large chunk of the stuff in the course already with maybe the exception of the growth hacking content and the advice and insights from the FAANG CPOs and VPs.

What are you hoping to get out of the course? And how many years of PM experience do you have?

I have product alliance, dumb course, don’t spend money. Getting emails from them about buying this new course as well.
