GCP - Sales Engineer vs Customer Engineer?
Hey everyone, I'm looking at some GCP roles. Currently at AWS as an L5 SA. Which role is the best fit, Sales Engineer or Customer Engineer? I'm seeing a lot more openings for Sales Engineer... but all the openings for Customer Engineer are for gTech Professional Services. Can anyone please explain if there is a difference between SE and CE and which one is the best fit for an SA? Bonus: if you've moved to GCP from AWS, would love to get some feedback! TC 180k

Sales engineer and customer engineer are the same thing... just a difference in external name since within GCP it’s customer engineers but for the rest of the industry it’s sales engineers.
