GCP Google sales engineer on-site

Literally just went through this and am onto the HC. This was my second attempt (first attempt 2 years ago). I know based on feedback from my recruiter what I did wrong last time, and she told me I crushed it this time. Obviously signed an NDA so I won't give my specific questions but a general outline. FOLLOW what your recruiter sent you for it in the PDF document. Watch all the recent NEXT conference videos you can cram into your brain for your domain specific stuff. While you don't necessarily need to know every GCP product, know at least at a high level your specific tech stacks and what GCP services relate Googleyness - Study "STAR" answering techniques. Tell me about a time when.. questions. Make sure to have lessons learned and other things you could have done. Go wide. RRK - Mine was a different domain but be prepared to answer anything in that domain as well as sales motion type of questions (difficult customers, cost competitiveness etc). Go wide, even if it's to an area you're not comfortable with "We could also do XYZ, which I'm not an expert it, but here's what I know about that area or technology" GCA - My interviewer told me I answered these the best he's heard in 4 years interviewing. I BOMBED this last time. Read Victor Cheng's Case Interview Secrets: A Former McKinsey Interviewer Reveals How to Get Multiple Job Offers in Consulting book. It's worth the money and if not find a pirated version. Read the first part of the book at LEAST through Part 5 "The Candidate Led" part. FOCUS on the frameworks especially the Business situation Framework (but pay attention to all). Hit me up on DM if you have specifics.
