Target one cloud. Azure has a lot of openings, so I would recommend msft. After you decided, start learning their platform and do some related certifications (don’t matter much though). If you get chance to work on a cloud project internally then go for it. After all these done, apply for the CSA positions.
Mmm, I'm not sure about L5 will be a lot more than that.
