Talk about influence tiktok has on Instagram. It's not like people I follow haven't uploaded pictures since last time i checked the app.

IG literally changed from once a photo sharing app to a poor version of tiktok with reels.

    You pick who you follow and what content you prefer. Of course if you are in reels you will see short video.

      This is absolutely not true in my experience.
      I consciously scroll away from reels, have only clicked on reels button ONCE to see the experience.
      I ONLY like posts which are pictures and not meme accounts.
      Have been doing this for months.

      This is soo not true!! I made 2 profiles - one for influencers garbage and my main one where I just follow my friends.

      I dont even open the influencer profile more than once a month or something, and i dont have anyone except people i really know in my main profile - even then, its riddled with “suggested for you”… and “your frnd follows”.. and just ads. So many fucking ads!

      These same baitches have the audacity to claim that social media is toxic and rant on how it ruined their mental health.
