The two most important things to me are wlb and growth as an engineer. I have 3 yoe but the scope and complexity of the tech has been very unimpressive. I have an onsite at google, twilio, and rubrik scheduled a few weeks out still as well.
The culture seems pretty solid at least on my potential team, but I wanted to get input about the good and the bad from others.
