I have two verbal offers from Meta and Google. Meta has given me a very competitive offer and I want to hear Google’s competitive offer before making a final decision about where to join.
Google asked me to get proof of numbers from Meta but Meta will not give me numbers when I asked. Everything has been verbal only at this point.
To be honest this entire process feels very petty to me. I feel im caught between two tech giants in a pissing contest. What should I do here?
Is Google being petty for asking for proof?
Or is Meta being petty for not providing an offer?
